In the GoodMoodTV administration interface, video content is managed from a web browser. Adding or updating content is quick and simple, just add the video and it’s supporting tagging or metadata information. Automated features such as transcoding and thumbnail generation make managing content easy.
Adding videos
Videos are added simply from the administration interface or by sending an email (PC or mobile phone). Other content management tools are available to integrate the service into the customer’s existing solution.
Transcoding
Videos are automatically converted to Adobe Flash video format from a range of supported industry standard video formats. It is also possible to upload a previously encoded Flash video, where the desired quality has already been predefined.
Thumbnail creation
Thumbnails are created automatically from the video content. Alternatively the user can choose a specific frame to use from the video.
Metadata
Metadata includes the name, description, category, key words and other characteristics that relate to the video handling and search indexing. It also supports timing and multiple languages.
Visibility
It is possible to define visibility parameters for the video, such as times when viewable, and its rank in the channel listing.
Password protection
Content can be protected with a password to disable unauthorized viewing.
Search
Content can be searched by users both in the end-user view and the administration interface based on video metadata.
Language support
GoodMoodTV is currently available in English, Spanish, Swedish and Finnish.
CDN integration
Video content is streamed through a global distribution network.
